At PostAI, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the conditions below:


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of the original purchase.

Refunds will only be granted if the user has not consumed more than 10% of their AI usage quota (words/tokens).

A processing fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.


2. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@cybeasy.com with your order details and reason for the refund.


3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not available for users who consumed most or all of their AI quota.

Abuse of the system may lead to ineligibility.


4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Paddle within 7–14 business days.
